Let’s go for a walk. As an avid hiker I know the outdoors can be a great catalyst for clearing our minds and bodies, helping us to get to the root of things.

This is a guided, low impact stroll in a quiet, beautiful area of my choosing. All options are relatively private, and include occasional seating to reflect.
