Your first counselling session involves getting to know you and understanding what brings you to Red Door. We will also discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve.

Let’s go for a walk. As an avid hiker, I know the outdoors can be a great catalyst for clearing our minds and bodies, helping us to get to the root of things.

This is a guided, low impact stroll in a quiet, beautiful area of my choosing. All options are relatively private, and include occasional seating to reflect.

At Red Door, I offer regular sessions via video call/Facetime format.

Face-to-face sessions in the comfortable setting of the Red Door home office, located in Seacliff Park.
